Position Overview

The Team Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency and profitability of the restaurant. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, food quality, and team member performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for guests and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Supervise team members in both front and back of house operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food quality, portioning, and temperature.
  • Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and assist in their development.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.

Skills: Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, computer proficiency, and effective communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Other Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
