We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Wentworth By the Sea. As a Massage Therapist, you will administer professional massage and body treatments to our guests, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Key Responsibilities- Administer professional massage and body treatments to guests, adhering to spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Provide excellent communication skills and effectively inform and educate guests about specific wellness concerns.
- Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa and ensuring timely completion of services.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and body treatments, as well as product and service knowledge necessary to provide wellness solutions.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa policies and procedures.
- Perform prep work, properly clean and restock rooms as required, and maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available.
- Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously, providing accurate and immediate responses.
- Possess the ability to work without direct supervision and regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings.
- Must hold and maintain a current state license.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
- Must be a team player with a friendly and outgoing personality.
