XPO Logistics offers exciting opportunities for Team Drivers to take their careers to the next level. As a Haulage Professional with XPO, you will operate a tractor-trailer combination over long distances, utilizing your skills and experience to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transport goods between XPO facilities, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations
  2. Operate a variety of tractor-trailer combinations, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics
  3. Collaborate with fellow XPO employees to achieve mutual goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally over 75 pounds
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods in a truck tractor
  • Requires ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive weekly pay
  • Mileage reimbursement based on $0.91 per mile, split between drivers
  • Hourly pay for en route waiting times exceeding one hour
