Job Summary

Reno Regenerative Medicine is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical condition and developing tailored rehabilitation programs. You will work collaboratively with a team of medical professionals to ensure integrated care and provide exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and lead Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant department documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient case management.
  • Effectively educate patients about their care plan and provide hands-on therapy.
  • Develop and implement exercise programs for patients to promote faster recovery and long-term health benefits.
Requirements
  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active Nevada Physical Therapy license.
  • 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary or clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends or evenings if required.
