As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
- Maintain a safe environment: Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by following hospital policies and procedures, and reporting any safety concerns or incidents.
- Document patient information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and participating in quality improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Active RN license: Possess an active RN license in good standing.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery: Have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery.
