The Respiratory Therapist Certified will provide respiratory care to a variety of inpatients and outpatients, including therapeutic, diagnostic, educational, and invasive procedures for adults.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments by performing bronchopulmonary drainage, assisting with breathing exercises, and monitoring physiological responses to therapy.
  • Help patients accomplish treatment plans and support life by administering inhalants and operating mechanical ventilators.
  • Therapeutic gas administration apparatus, environmental control systems, and aerosol generators.
  • Direct treatments given by aides, technicians, and assistants.
Requirements:
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Current NJ Respiratory license
  • RRT/CRT (Required)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
