Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at MediLodge of Ludington. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents, employees, and special events
  • Utilize standardized recipes to prepare menu items and ensure food is served in an attractive and appetizing manner
  • Deliver meals to resident rooms or tables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clear trays and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and verifying invoices for incoming food and supplies
  • Operate and maintain equipment in a clean and safe operating condition
Requirements
  • Tenth grade or above desirable
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
  • Experience in food service desired
