Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team at Oso Home Care, Inc. This role is essential in supporting our Home Infusion Pharmacy operations.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm or 11:30 am to 8 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods and supplies from vendors.
  • Unpack, store, and maintain organization of warehouse inventory.
  • Conduct inventory counts and update records accordingly.
  • Prepare supplies for shipment based on delivery documentation.
  • Generate shipping labels and coordinate shipments with various courier services.
  • Monitor package tracking and verify delivery confirmations.
  • Schedule delivery times with patients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in basic computer operations.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
  • Possession of a reliable, insured vehicle and a clean driving record.
