Dishware Coordinator

A Dishware Coordinator is required to maintain high-quality standards in the kitchen and front of house at Cafe Ficelle Inc. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, small wares, and utensils in accordance with Company and Health Department regulations
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, adhering to Company quality standards
• Assist in keeping the restaurant tables cleaned and clear, as well as cleaning the floors at the close of business
• Clean restrooms and other assigned areas throughout the day
• Perform other duties as needed, ensuring a smooth operation of the kitchen and front of house

Requirements:

• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to help others
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Familiarity with Company policies and procedures
• Food Handler Certification (or ANSI equivalent)

Salary Range:$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience
