Job Summary:

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is seeking a skilled Slot Machine Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our Gaming Device Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the gaming devices in proper operating condition and implementing our preventive maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and repair slot machine malfunctions to ensure optimal gaming experience for our patrons.
  • Maintain the Gaming Device On-Line System to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical assessments to slot floor personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle any issues that may arise.
  • Perform slot machine setup and configuration as required to meet business needs.
  • Assist with slot machine relocations to ensure efficient use of space.
  • Manage access to gaming devices, including Gaming Device Maintenance Shop, Gaming Device Hoppers, Gaming Device Access Key, Gaming Device Drop Key, Gaming Device Bill Validator Key, and Gaming Device MPU, while ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor Slot Technician I to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Formal technical training in a related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a Slot Technician.
  • Ability to move slot machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and patrons.
