Job Title: Validation Specialist

Quality Chemical Laboratories (QCL) is seeking a skilled Validation Specialist to join our Manufacturing and Formulations Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing instruments and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute equipment installation and operational qualification/requalification, calibration, and preventative maintenance plans.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for manufacturing equipment and training materials.
  • Perform Factory Acceptance Tests for new equipment at vendor sites and monitor ViewLinc for excursions.
  • Conduct data trending and write reports, change requests, and deviations.
  • Communicate with clients, manufacturing and formulations management, and the quality group.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline.
  • 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a GMP laboratory or manufacturing environment.
  • Special consideration given to candidates with experience with automated filling equipment in a sterile manufacturing environment.
