About the JobThis is a per diem night shift position that requires a minimum of six months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three years.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans of care.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate efforts to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- A valid California Registered Nurse License
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- A minimum of six months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three years
