  • Prepare food products according to restaurant, health, and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate and maintain restaurant equipment, including grills, fryers, freezers, and other cooking equipment, ensuring efficiency and safety.
  • Complete assigned preparation work for stocking and setting up the work area, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Solve customer concerns in a calm and respectful manner, adhering to our service recovery standards.
  • Collaborate with management and fellow team members to maintain a positive and harmonious working relationship.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and colleagues.

  • Be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift 50 pounds, ensuring physical safety and efficiency.
  • Handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products, as well as products in and out of the temperature danger zone, adhering to established food handling procedures and local health regulations.

  • Have a flexible and varied availability to benefit business needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
