Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner NP Injector Opportunity

HerMD is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner NP Injector to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. As a physician-founded practice, we understand the challenges medical providers face daily. HerMD is revolutionizing women's healthcare by providing evidence-based aesthetic services curated by our women's healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform aesthetic treatments, consults, and services, including Botox, fillers, Sculptra, facials, peels, microneedling, light therapy treatments, IPL, radiofrequency, minimal/sublative treatments, laser hair removal, and CoolSculpting.
  • Effectively inform and educate patients about our treatment and service offerings and the importance of medical-grade skincare.
  • Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a customized treatment plan.
  • Maintain knowledge of available cosmetic procedures in the market.
  • Participate in in-person and online aesthetic events.
  • Partner with our aesthetic vendors and partners to support events, manage inventory, and remain up-to-date on new product and service launches.
  • Help create and distribute in-office marketing materials to support events, products, and promotions.
  • Actively promote the spa's treatments, services, and skincare products, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available.
  • Perform room prep and properly clean and restock treatment rooms as required.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
  • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
  • Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all client requests.
  • Accurately record client treatments in electronic medical records systems.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Attend and participate in all training and staff meetings for the spa, including all aesthetic and product service training.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Indiana
  • Minimum of three years of medical spa experience required
  • Ability to work occasional evenings for events
  • Be comfortable with sales
  • Understand the need for discretion and confidentiality in patient matters
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
