About the Role:

  • Assess and Instruct 4-year-olds based on their individual needs and the VPK program requirements.
  • Lead Classroom Management and implement a curriculum that meets all licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • Develop Educational Plans that foster social, physical, and intellectual growth in our preschool children.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
  • Communicate Effectively with families to promote achievement and support the center's success.

Requirements:

  • A CDA, Associates degree or higher in education, or a Florida Child Care Professional Certificate.
  • Proven experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
  • The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center's requirements.
