Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician Specialist to join our team at Evara Health. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for performing diverse building maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intermediate methods, practices, and equipment used in building maintenance services, as well as experience with preventive maintenance activities. You will work closely with our facilities team to maintain the upkeep of our 14+ locations throughout Pinellas County, FL.

In this role, you will perform routine inspections, minor electrical and plumbing maintenance, painting, carpentry, and masonry work. You will also assist with monitoring vaccine storage units, receiving and delivering packages, and maintaining inventory controls on maintenance supplies and equipment.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 18 days of PTO in your first year, pre-taxed flexible insurance, 403B with company contributions, tuition reimbursement, and paid training.
