Server/Waitstaff Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our Huckle Burger team as a server/waitstaff. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Seating: Greet customers, show them to their tables, and ensure they have everything they need.
  • Table Preparation: Prepare tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set, and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the dining area.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of our menu, daily specials, and available items to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Order Taking: Present customers with the menu, inform them of daily specials, and take orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Quality: Check the quality of dishes before serving them and ensure they are presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Delivery: Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly.
  • Customer Service: Attend to tables, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver checks and take payments in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Positive Attitude: Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a server, waitstaff, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Be a good team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
