Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant with Coronal Polishing and Sealant Certification to join our Youngstown-based team at Lone Peak Dental Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of creating healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures
  • Perform coronal polishing and sealant procedures as certified
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies
Requirements
  • One or more years of experience in a dental setting, with preference for pediatric experience
  • Current certification in Coronal Polishing and Sealant, with additional certifications in X-Ray, CDA, and Denticon software a plus
  • Ability to work full-time, with a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for patient care
