Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess all documentation across group homes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of member files to verify accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Monitor the performance of management staff to ensure adherence to operational standards and accurate reporting of incidents.
  • Ensure that the quality of care provided to members aligns with company policies and that all members' rights are upheld.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in caregiving, home health assistance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR, along with relevant training in prevention and support.
  • Possession of a direct care license and a valid social security card.
  • Familiarity with basic housekeeping and culinary skills.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated compassion, respect, and ethical behavior in all interactions.
  • Knowledge of Article 9 regulations.
