Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional physician leader to join our longstanding practice as a medical director. In this role, you will oversee the clinical operations of our primary care department, providing strategic direction and guidance to our healthcare professionals. Responsibilities- Lead the clinical operations of the primary care department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Mentor and develop staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Diploma or certification in internal medicine or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in a primary care setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- A track record of achievements in quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
