- Conduct monthly variance analyses of financial statements to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Financial Modeling:

- Maintain existing planning applications, including dashboard creation and report generation.
Support and Leadership:
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership and provide essential support to management.
- Partner with operational leaders and department heads to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze external economic trends and their potential impacts on business operations, providing insightful reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in public accounting or financial analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, VBA, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is advantageous.
- Strong Excel capabilities and critical thinking skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills across all organizational levels are required.
Work Environment:
- This position is office-based, requiring prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
