About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager professional to lead our team in Ponchatoula, LA.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales and profit objectives, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of achieving financial results and mentoring/developing team members.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the operation of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Meet customer service guidelines, focusing on delivering an outstanding guest experience.
  • Attain sales and profit objectives, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in directing and supervising management and hourly employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee development.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial results.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to live by a guest-orientated philosophy, demonstrating honesty and integrity in all interactions.
