Position Overview: We are seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to oversee the operations of our hospital pharmacy. This role is critical in ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage pharmacy operations and staff.
  • Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Guide pharmacy technicians in daily operations.
  • Provide information to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medications.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and the security of controlled substances.
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and inventory management.
  • Conduct medication assays to confirm identity, purity, and strength.

Qualifications:

  • Active State Pharmacist License.
