About the JobThis 13-week assignment offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, based on 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts. The position also includes a generous housing allowance or private accommodation.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work as a skilled nursing facility speech-language pathologist, helping patients with swallowing, speaking, understanding, and other speech-related tasks. You will review medical histories, develop and implement speech therapy treatment plans, recommend equipment, and monitor patient progress.
You will play a critical role in helping patients regain independence and quality of life.
Requirements- At least 1 year of recent experience as a speech language pathologist in a skilled nursing facility
- Degree in a relevant field
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license
