About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester to join our QA Tester Team at Sierre Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and improving our automation framework, automating integration test cases, and identifying system issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for automated testing of web applications.
  • Design and execute system integration test cases to ensure seamless integration of features.
  • Identify and report system issues, and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.
  • Improve and optimize our automation framework to increase efficiency and reduce testing time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • 4-7 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in software test automation.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • Expertise in automating web-based applications using Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
  • Experience working with Jenkins, Git, and other DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps process management methodologies.
  • Ability to find bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code using automation tools.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
  • Hands-on experience in automation using Java.

  • Experience working with stakeholders from different geographies.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts to support different regions.
