About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Bronson Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in assessing nutrition needs, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient nutrition needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct regular reviews of patient medical records to identify nutritional risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and staff
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to inform patient care
  • Work closely with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., science, human nutrition, public health) may be required for certain positions
  • Completion of an ACEND-accredited supervised practice program (e.g., Dietetic Internship Program)
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Additional certifications or progress toward certification may be required for certain positions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
