Day Camp Counselor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Day Camp Counselor. As a key member of our summer camp staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our programs and providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our campers.

• Assist in the daily operations of the camp program, including preparation of activity areas and implementation of camp activities.
• Maintain a safe work environment and keep facilities clean.
• Resolve minor differences between children and report any serious discipline problems to the Camp Supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining materials, equipment, and building.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Supplemented by experience in programming and supervising activities for children.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

• Nurturing, organized, creative, and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with young children, parents, and staff.
• Role model for children.
