Boilermaker Job DescriptionBrown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Align and assemble boiler frames, tanks, and vats using plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, and turnbuckles.
- Install manholes, handholds, valves, gauges, and feed water connections in drums to complete water tube boiler assembly.
- Repair boilers or tanks in the field by unbolting or flame cutting defective sections or tubes, and straightening plates.
- Assist in testing assembled vessels by pumping water or gas under specified pressure and observing instruments for evidence of leakage.
