BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Clinical Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a leader in pediatric home care, we provide exceptional care to children and their families in Cabarrus, Gaston, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, and Rowan County.
Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of nurses to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for pediatric clients in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in training and education programs for new nurses and field staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience in pediatric care.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
