Dishware Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishware Specialist to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment, prioritizing guest satisfaction and team well-being.
