Position Overview:
The Mid-Level Provider, with a focus on sales, plays a crucial role in our cosmetic dermatology practice, merging clinical proficiency with a strong emphasis on sales and improving the patient experience. The primary focus is on delivering outstanding aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions, utilizing their expertise to fulfill patient needs while meeting sales objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute aesthetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments, with skill and accuracy to ensure the best patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to grasp their skincare concerns, aspirations, and preferences, while effectively showcasing the advantages of suggested treatments.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and desired results, employing a sales-oriented approach to promote products and services.
• Engage actively in sales and marketing efforts, using interpersonal skills and product knowledge to enhance service and skincare product sales.
• Utilize expertise in established social media platforms to strategically boost revenue and attract new clientele.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or Doctorate Degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Aesthetic Practice is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
• Current active unrestricted license in the State of California.
• Active DEA License.
