Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of floor care equipment and adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
  • Cross-train in other areas of the store to support business needs and respond to all Front End coverage needs.
  • Adhere to all company policies concerning Health and Safety and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, and communicating effectively with management and Associates.
  • Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation and stand out as a colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Retail customer experience preferred.
