Job Description

This physician lead role for outpatient medical services requires a skilled and experienced physician to oversee the development and implementation of medical policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement medical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote quality patient care
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among clinical staff
  • Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to established standards and protocols
  • Participate in peer review and credentialing processes to ensure continuous improvement in patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this physician lead role, applicants must possess a valid medical license, current DEA certification, and board eligibility or certification in family medicine. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
