Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Research and Development Technician to join our team in North America. This role will involve participating in laboratory experiments, analyzing data, developing new procedures, and formulating materials.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Actively participate in research and development activities, including laboratory experiments and testing protocols.
- Collect and analyze data, utilizing laboratory notebooks, computer hardware, and various software applications.
- Create and formulate materials, setting up, utilizing, and maintaining various pieces of laboratory equipment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or Material Science with 2+ years of experience in a laboratory environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and project-driven environment.
- Attention to detail, mechanical and/or electronics acumen, resin synthesis and formulation, execution of lab experiments, tests, and tasks.
**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
