Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Art & Jake's Sports Bar. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and serve food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff and ensure accurate preparation and delivery.
  • Collect customer payments and provide change in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Server or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and drink menu items and preparation methods.
