Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera St Luke's Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PALS certification or completion upon next available program.
