Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at King's Medical Group. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging scans, providing exceptional patient care, and delivering professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.
  • Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring patients are comfortable and safe throughout the scanning process.
  • Screen patients for contraindications, communicate with radiologists, and position patients correctly for exams.
  • Administer venous injections for contrast-enhanced exams and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Collaborate with KMG management and hospital staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • ARRT Registration, Venous Injection skills, CPR Certification, and State License (if applicable).
  • Associate's degree in Radiological Technology or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including electronic mail, scheduling, word processing, and spreadsheets.
Work Environment

Our MRI Technologist PRN will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moderate noise levels. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely around the scanning area.
