Job Overview:
As a highly skilled Construction CAD Designer/Drafter, you will play a crucial role in creating precise and detailed construction drawings for assigned projects. Working closely with the project team, you will analyze project requirements, gather necessary measurements, and proficiently use CAD software to produce high-quality drawing sets.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project requirements and develop detailed construction drawings.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and complete information.
  • Proficiently use CAD software to produce high-quality drawing sets.
  • Prepare preliminary design drawings for work acquisition and bidding.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or certification program in architectural drafting or similar.
  • 5-10 years of experience in CAD design.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
