- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Assess patients' conditions, evaluating symptoms and vital signs to inform treatment decisions.
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
- Participate in discharge planning, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse License; BLS, ACLS, RN License.
- Two years of experience in gastroenterology or a related field.
