We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Training Specialist to join our team at GCR Professional Services, supporting the Army.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive employee training programs to enhance cybersecurity awareness and skills.
  • Identify skill gaps within the organization and create targeted training content to address these gaps.
  • Select appropriate training tools and delivery methods based on the audience and material.
  • Develop and maintain course content, manuals, and other training resources to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by assessing employee comprehension and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Work independently while collaborating with senior management to achieve training goals.
  • Apply advanced techniques and theories to enhance training outcomes and improve employee performance.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • A Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity methods, applications, and policies.
  • Proficiency with online training tools and delivery methods.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
  • Experience in developing and assessing course curricula.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and technologies.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management, including documentation, requirements, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience working with military customers and staff, particularly HQDA.
