Job Overview

FIRESTONE WALKER INC, a renowned craft brewery on California's Central Coast, seeks an experienced Retail Associate to join its Brewery Emporium in Paso Robles. As a part-time Craft Beer Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating guests about Firestone Walker's beers and brewing process, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the emporium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide inventory management using our POS system, including planning and stocking.
  • Complete front and back-end operations efficiently.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by educating and informing customers about our beer, history, and products for sale.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of beer and brewing in general, with a focus on Firestone Walker's beers.
  • Ensure order and cleanliness of the emporium at all times.

Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, along with prior experience in retail and customer service is required.
  • Current California Responsible Beverage Service certification is mandatory before beginning work.
  • You must be self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
  • You should be able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • You must be at least 21 years old.
