  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications and expectations.
  • Conduct financial analysis of project budgets and prepare regular projections for review.
  • Regularly visit project sites to assess progress and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Proven ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
