Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Group team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including taking initial data and vital signs, and triaging patient phone calls.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently in the medical record.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Illinois.
  • Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing.
  • BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider.
  • Previous experience in a physician practice setting or hospital setting preferred.
