Job Title: Dishwasher

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, using hand washing or commercial dishwashers.
  • Organize and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in designated storage areas.
  • Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
  • Clean trash receptacles using water or steam.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Clean hood vents, fryer, and grease trap as needed.
  • Ensure correct wash and rinse temperatures for dish tank, stainless steel, and drains.
  • Restock hand soap and hand towel stations.

Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner at all times.
