Trial Lawyer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team at Pop-Up Talent. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for conducting legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide expert advice and representation to clients in various areas of law, including personal injury, premises liability, sexual abuse, civil rights, and more.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for court proceedings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court, including attending hearings, depositions, and trials, and negotiating settlements and resolving legal disputes.
• Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with opposing counsel, judges, and other parties to negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes.
• Manage a caseload of complex legal matters, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations in California, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and representation to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience litigating on behalf of plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, product liability, sexual abuse, civil rights, and more.
