The Army National Guard is seeking a skilled Geospatial Data Engineer to join their team. As a Geospatial Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in collecting and processing geographic data that supports military operations. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and process military geographic information from decentralized sources, present this information to leaders, and return decisions to the field.

You may also supervise topographic surveying, cartography, and photolithography activities, assist in topographic planning and control activities, and determine requirements and provide technical supervision of geographic intelligence programs.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Geospatial Data Engineer will include creating geographic data and compiling them into maps, creating and maintaining multiple geospatial databases, and preparing military-style briefs covering all aspects of the terrain.

In addition to these duties, you will have the opportunity to learn basic knowledge of Geographic Information Systems, imagery interpretation and exploitation, and develop skills in conceptualizing ideas into computer-generated 2-D/3-D geospatial products.

We offer competitive pay for this position, with estimated annual salaries ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 based on location and experience. Benefits include paid training, a monthly paycheck, and access to tuition assistance and retirement benefits.
