Korzen Health collaborates with a leading healthcare network in Northern Arizona to deliver exceptional patient care. Our physician-led department at Flagstaff Medical Center is seeking an experienced High-Acuity Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team.

Work Environment:

We operate within a physician-led hospital system, ensuring our strong representation in hospital leadership and medical staff committees. This structure allows us to have a voice in hospital decisions and receive dedicated support from our administration.

Types of Cases:

We manage a variety of cases in 12 Main ORs and 3 ORs in our outpatient surgery center, excluding transplant and sick neonates. Our cases range from high-acuity trauma to low-acuity elective procedures, including regional anesthesia services.

Compensation and Benefits:

This shift-based contract offers a competitive salary, estimated at $400,000 per year, based on the location and job requirements. Additionally, we provide approximately 14 weeks of vacation per year, allowing for flexible work arrangements. Most shifts are during the day, either directing CRNAs or working independently, with evening and night shifts being manageable. Home backup calls are required but rarely utilized.

Extra Work Opportunities:

You have the option to take extra shifts, which can be financially rewarding. Many team members choose to work 1-3 extra shifts per month, earning additional compensation based on their hourly rate and receiving a $500 extra shift stipend.
