We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Perform daily tasks such as filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment and windows.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.

What We Offer

As a Maintenance Team Member at McDonald's, you will be eligible for competitive pay of $16.00 or more (depending on experience and availability), as well as benefits including free meals while working and Employee Resource Connection.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
