Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

Olea Pediatric Therapy, LLC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional assessment, treatment, and collaboration for children with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including AAC assessments, to identify communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group treatment sessions to help children develop effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate with clients' teams of caregivers, schools, and other treatment providers to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily notes, plans of care, and re-evaluations.
Requirements:
  • License to practice Speech-Language Pathology from the Minnesota Department of Health.
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong skills in working independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in providing culturally responsive SLP services.
  • Knowledge of AAC devices and their application in supporting communication for children with various diagnoses.
