Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Summary: As an LPN with First Connect, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and participating in interdisciplinary care planning. Your strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our healthcare team will be invaluable in ensuring seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care by performing treatments and procedures according to established protocols.
  • Administer specified medications as allowed by policy and procedure, licensure, and State Practice Act.
  • Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment.
  • Respond promptly and safely to patient requests and reports significant observations to the RN.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of established hospital and nursing policies, identifying emergency situations, and initiating nursing measures as appropriate within scope of practice.
  • Instruct patients in self-care according to the teaching plan and document this aspect of the patient's care.

Requirements:

  • Current IL License as an LPN
  • CPR certification
  • 12 hours shifts, Days (6:30a-7:00p)
